2. No Visa Guarantee

  • Visayatra does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
  • Past approvals do not guarantee future approvals.
  • Processing time mentioned is approximate and subject to change by the embassy.

3. Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for:

  • Providing true, correct, and complete information
  • Submitting genuine and verifiable documents
  • Disclosing previous visa refusals, overstays, or legal issues
  • Ensuring passport validity and travel eligibility

Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to visa rejection, for which Visayatra will not be responsible.

4. Rejection, Delay & Loss

Visayatra shall not be liable for:

  • Visa rejection or refusal
  • Delay in processing by the embassy
  • Loss of documents by embassy, courier, or VFS
  • Change in embassy rules or documentation requirements

5. Fees & Charges

  • Embassy fees, biometric fees, VFS charges, and courier fees are non-refundable.
  • Visayatra service charges are non-refundable once the application is submitted.

6. Travel After Visa Approval

  • Visa approval does not guarantee entry into a country.
  • Immigration officers at the port of entry have full authority to allow or deny entry.
  • Visayatra is not responsible for decisions taken by immigration officers.
