Welcome to Visayatra. By accessing our website, services, or making a booking with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services.

1. About Visayatra

Visayatra is a travel and visa consultancy company providing:

  • Domestic & International Travel Packages
  • Hotel bookings
  • Transportation arrangements
  • Tourist, Visit, and other applicable visa assistance

Visayatra acts as a facilitator and service provider, not as the final authority for visas or immigration approvals.

2. Scope of Services

  • Travel packages include services specifically mentioned in the confirmed itinerary only.
  • Visa services include documentation guidance, application assistance, and appointment support where applicable.
  • Granting or rejection of a visa is solely the decision of the respective embassy, consulate, or immigration authority.

3. Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as communicated at the time of booking.
  • Prices may change without prior notice until payment is received.
  • Payment once made is subject to cancellation and refund policies mentioned below.

4. Visa Disclaimer

  • Visayatra does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
  • Embassy fees, biometric charges, VFS fees, courier charges, and other government fees are non-refundable.
  • Any delay or rejection due to incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client is not the responsibility of Visayatra.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information and documents.
  • Check visa requirements, passport validity, and travel restrictions before travel.
  • Ensure passport has sufficient validity and blank pages as required.
  • Comply with laws of the destination country.

Visayatra will not be liable for losses due to incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges depend on airline, hotel, visa authority, and service provider policies.
  • Visa service fees are non-refundable once application is submitted.
  • Refund processing time may take 7–21 working days, depending on banks and service providers.
  • No refund for unused services or no-shows.

7. Amendments & Changes

  • Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Visayatra reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational, weather, or safety reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

Visayatra shall not be responsible for:

  • Visa rejection or delay
  • Airline delays, cancellations, or overbooking
  • Natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or political disturbances
  • Loss of baggage, personal injury, or loss of personal belongings

Clients travel at their own risk and responsibility.

9. Force Majeure

Visayatra shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • War, riots, strikes
  • Epidemics or pandemics

10. Use of Website

  • Website content is for informational purposes only.
  • Unauthorized copying or misuse of content is prohibited.
  • Visayatra reserves the right to suspend or restrict access without notice.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
